As with the adoption of many new technologies there is a tendency to use it very effectively immediately after formal training but subsequently give back some of the productivity benefits over time. This may be because users are frustrated by some aspect of using the technology, they may have forgotten some portion of their training, or don't understand the benefits of following best practices.

To make sure provider satisfaction levels are as high as possible PCA staff returns on-site shortly after initial deployment to assist them. This typically occurs 2-4 weeks after go-live with Dragon.
